The Austrian Health Interview Survey 2006/2007 questioned a representative sample of about 15,000 Austrian residents aged 15 years and over They were asked inter alia if they ever had diabetes and subsequently if they therefore received treatment or antidiabetic medication within the past 12 months. The results obtained were extrapolated to the whole Austrian population. This resulted in two variants: ATHIS_Jemals and ATHIS_Behandlung.
